Coach Crosby brings over three decades of high-level baseball expertise to the diamond. With 32 years in the game — including securing a baseball scholarship and playing 3 years of professional baseball — he knows exactly what it takes to reach the highest levels of the sport.
Known simply as "Coach," he uses his extensive background to provide precise, in-person movement analysis for the next generation of hitters, pitchers, and catchers.

With more than 35 years of playing experience and over a decade of coaching community baseball, Coach Hastings is passionate about developing fundamentally sound players while fostering a lifelong love of the game.
His coaching philosophy emphasizes confidence, effort, and continual improvement — helping athletes build the skills and mindset to succeed both on and off the field.
Chris specializes in infield and outfield defensive play, elite baserunning, and introducing young players to baseball in a fun, positive, and engaging environment that inspires them to keep learning and competing.
